I’m Rachel!
Simply put, I love adventures. Whether they’re in my kitchen cooking, out at an ultimate tournament, out hiking, or on my couch with a good book.
Though I’m a southern girl at heart (and in reality, I do live in North Carolina after all), I did my formative growing up in Colorado and really relate to the Colorado way of life: mountains, the outdoors, and being an active, organic food-eating-earth-loving hippy.
This blog is where I record all of my adventuring through life as Colorado Rachel- the cook, the avid reader, the hiker, the social media enthusiast, the (now former!) grad student, and all the other hats I decide put on. I have posts from my semester abroad, articles I wrote for my undergraduate newspaper, class posts from my graduate program in interactive media, and other random thoughts and activities I’m interested in, and maybe you will be too.
